Oral communications will be given in English during the International conferences (Tuesday 20 and Wednesday, September 2)1 and in French during the GDR private conference (Monday, September 19). The slide presentations will be in English during the International conferences. The posters will be preferably presented in English. Abstracts format and layout When submitting an abstract for a talk or poster, please follow the recommended layout (see below). A ".doc" template file and a typical abstract layout are available for download at the bottom of this page. File format: abstracts will be submitted necessarily as either ".doc "or".docx" files. Files in PDF format, not easily editable, will not be accepted. Layout: a single A4 page encompassing 400 to 450 words including footnotes Title: Arial 14, Bold, Centered, Spacing 1.0 Authors: First author (First name Last name), following authors (First name Last name) : Arial 14, Regular, Spacing 1.0, Centered Affiliation: Team, Lab, Organization, Mailing address, E-mail the presenting author : Arial 10, Italic, Spacing 1.0, Centered Text: Arial 10, Regular, Spacing 1.5, Justified References and Footnotes: Arial 9, Regular, Spacing 1.0, Justified Poster Format The posters - preferably submitted in English - will be printed as an A0 page size (84 x 119 cm).
